Reservation privacy

OraXLabs, LLC collects your email, landing version, consent record and request time to confirm your request, issue the requested voucher and provide one requested launch invitation. This is not a paid membership or investment account. No other marketing is authorized.

Cloudflare stores the reservation and a random first-party visitor/version cookie for 30 days to preserve your landing assignment. Hashed IP rate-limit records limit requests to three per hour. Resend processes the confirmation and voucher emails. This reservation flow sends no data to Stripe and makes no Stripe calls. Cloudflare, Resend and the South Korean operator may process data across borders.

Unverified email requests expire after seven days. Verified reservations expire after 90 days. Minimal hashed suppression records can remain until the 90-day deadline to prevent duplicate or withdrawn requests from being sent again.

Confirmation and voucher emails include a deletion capability link. Use that link to remove the reservation, or contact help@oraxlabs.io from the registered address if you need assistance. Do not share the private deletion link. We do not promise erasure from every provider backup.
